What a lovely deal! This original Wildwood bungalow belonged to my 93-year-old neighbour and her son – original 1957 owners – who wanted to downsize and relocate to Vancouver Island to be nearer to family. It was such a pleasure to help them through the process of culling a lifetime of possessions and preparing for their sale – they were so co-operative, eager to try new things, and engaged in the process.
Ultimately we sold, unconditionally, in 48 hours to a developer, at a very good price relative to other recent sales. 93-year-old Betty’s response to sale was especially gratifying as she exclaimed, “Oh, IT IS SOLD ALREADY?! How did you learn to do this? Thank you so much!
